Geghetsik has more than 15 years of experience in leadership, management, business development, market research, accounting among others. Her broad portfolio is valuable, in particular for SMEs.

Dashuyn is a Consulting & Training firm that specialises in two different fields: Defence and Business.
In Defence, we specialize particularly in peculiar product representation, concept and product development, acquisition and procurement; tactical training in various fields, small arms, and small quarter battle.
In Business, we are focused on business strategy, on helping organisations to create company culture, on marketing (inbound and outbound), on product and business development, and more.
At Dashuyn we combine our expertise and skills to provide our services worldwide for a wide range of companies: from startups (even seed level) to defence. Being a boutique firm, we value our client's uniqueness and our services are tailored for each company.
Though Dashuyn is new in the market, we are bringing long-time experience and knowledge to the market. Our cofounder Marco Dâmaso has been in defence for more than 40 years and cofounder Geghetsik Gabrielyan has been in business for more than 15 years. We both are ready to provide our expertise and competencies to provide the best outcome.
